I am going to stop drinking diet Pepsi. Instead I am going to be drinking decaffeinated unsweetened iced tea out of a special water bottle that I have purchased to encourage my behavior. I am cleaning my refrigerator out and removing all the soda.

I have cut out MOST of the soda. I am still having one. I have got to get it cut out yet but the rest is gone…. I am almost there
