Dr. Kumbla is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She completed an extra cosmetic fellowship training at the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery.

She has co-authored breast reconstruction chapters in prestigious surgical textbooks such as Fischer’s Master of Surgery and Bland and Copeland’s The Breast and values the unique patient-doctor relationship with each of her patients.
