Water-Drinking Challenge
Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best, especially during the holiday season when routines can get busy and the colder weather makes drinking water less tempting. Today, we’re challenging you to drink 64 ounces of water! Hydration helps with energy, digestion, and keeps your body functioning at its best.

Here are some tips to make it easier in colder months:
- Warm it up: Try herbal teas or warm lemon water for a cozy, hydrating option.
- Infuse with flavor: Add slices of fresh fruit, mint, or cucumber to give your water a tasty boost.
- Keep it in sight: Keep a water bottle nearby as a reminder to sip throughout the day.
- Set small goals: Aim to drink a glass every hour or before each meal to reach 64 ounces by the end of the day.
