Here’s a list of bariatric-friendly snacks that are perfect for parties or cozy evenings at home. These ideas keep it light, high in protein, and low in sugar, making it easy to stay on track while enjoying delicious flavors.
Bariatric-Friendly Snack Ideas
- Greek Yogurt Dips – Swap out sour cream or mayonnaise-based dips for plain Greek yogurt. It’s packed with protein and tastes just as creamy. Pair with veggie sticks, like bell peppers or cucumbers.
- Mini Turkey & Cheese Roll-Ups – Skip the crackers and roll deli turkey around a slice of cheese. For extra flavor, add a bit of mustard or a slice of avocado.
- Deviled Eggs with a Twist – Replace half of the mayo with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese in your deviled eggs for added protein. Sprinkle with smoked paprika or chopped chives for extra holiday flair.
