March Monthly Support Group
Have you ever wished you had people you didn’t have to explain your grief to? Who easily “get it” and understand you? Learning About Grief offers group and loss-specific communities for grieving hearts. Through videos and personal guidance, you’ll gain useful tools to get through the day-to-day moments and a group of friends experiencing a loss like yours.
Understanding the Impact of Grief and Loss
Many people surviving a loved one’s death aren’t sure how to live without them. While that’s a normal response to grief, we often struggle with it. Society, friends, and family often lack the resources to properly support a grieving heart, too. Ashley offers in-depth grief education, practical tools, and empathy on how to personally lessen the load of grief for ourselves and others.
About the Speaker
Ashley Nelson became a two-time widow before the age of 35. She said goodbye to ten other relatives and friends in between those losses. These experiences gave her deep insight into our broken grief culture and led her to become a certified grief specialist. Today, she leads her organization, Learning About Grief, which provides loss-specific groups, one-to-one grief sessions, and free education. The organization hosts a community of over 20,000 people from 50+ countries. You can find her on learningaboutgrief.com.
