Cooking Demonstration

Cindy is not from Texas but she got here as fast as she could! Cindy was born and raised in Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Management from The Ohio State University. Go BUCKEYES! She found her way to NYC for graduate school to earn a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She spent 10 years in New York City working in private practice and as a clinical dietitian.

Ms. Sizemore then moved to Texas and worked in the medical device and software industries and as a clinical dietitian for the U. S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. This year, Cindy joined Bariatric Dietitian Services as partner after being a consulting dietitian with the company for 3 years. She enjoys sailing, cooking, baking, playing the piano and guitar and spending time with her husband, son and their two naughty little Welsh Corgis, Shorty and Penelope.
