[For exercise], I do Camp Gladiator. I was doing it when I was close to 300 lbs. and now I’m down to 160 lbs. But those people have been with me through thick and thin. It’s really motivating because they don’t care what your ability level is. Your trainer is there for your best. If you can’t run a whole lap, nobody is judging you. That was my biggest fear getting out there- I’m going to be the last one and people are going to be like; “Ugh. We’re waiting on her again.” Now I’m one of the more fit ones.

My main goal is to stay consistent working on my fitness. My goal is just to stay in routine. I am a routine freak- to a point of obsession. Not let anything disrupt that. I may have to change my routine with working out in the mornings vs. afternoons, but I still want to have it be my daily routine.
