Health Goal

My ultimate health goal is to keep my weight, BP, A1C and cholesterol in the “normal”  range for my age (59 1/2) height (5’2”) and weight.

I would like to take stress off my joints, especially my right knee (arthroscopy in 2016 for torn meniscus) and right hip (probably stressed due to mild scoliosis.)

I would like to *crave* movement and no longer crave sugar/carbs.

HW was 208 in 2020

LW after surgery was 137 in 9/20

Current weight is 160-165-ish. I haven’t wanted to get on the scale for awhile. 🥴
