I tried to convince myself that I was ‘healthy’. No HBP, no diabetes. But I am in pain constantly; back, knees, hips and shoulders. Lymphedema in my legs. How can I be healthy at 392 lbs? My revelation came, when while on a trip with classmates, I couldn’t keep up. I use a cane at home and a rollator when in public. I missed out on a lot of fun

my ultimate health goal is to regain my mobility so I can travel without pain and seat belt extenders. I want to have fun!I want to be out of chronic pain. A smaller body will help me achieve that goal.
