I was sick of being in pain. I had/have bone on bone in my knee(s). i couldn’t get a replacement surgery date until I lost weight and turned 50. I had tried every diet  on the market. I lost weight then when I went off the diet I regained the weight and more!

I researched bariatric surgeries and went to several seminars. I decided to have the VSG. I have been very happy with the surgery. However, I still need to work on my head game. I have not reached my goal. I am approx. 20-25 pounds from my goal.
