My ultimate goal is to be healthy. I have several “why”s. I want to be in good health so that I am not a burden to my children. I want to continue to be able to enjoy an active lifestyle with my family.  I want to be a good role model to my teen daughter. I want to be able to continue to travel. I want to continue to go on oversea mission trips and serve the Lord with energy and enthusiasm. My list could go on and on…
