My Ultimate goal?? I want to be as healthy as possible…Don’t we all?? I am 51 years old. I want to be in better shape now than I have ever been!! I want to wake up each day and feel good. I want to be able to run around and play with my grandkids. I want to enjoy retirement with my husband. That leads into my why.. My WHY??? My why is my family and for me!! I want to live. I want to live!! If I had continued on the path that I was on, I might not be here. That scares me. I have a husband, 2 children, 4 granddaughters and my parents to live for!! I don’t want to give up on life!!! Nor do I want to give up on them!!!
