Responses

  1. I actually use two of these techniques to help with my anxiety and they really work well. The resonance breathing is great for when I just need to relax when I find my anxiety starting to flare up. The 4-7-8 technique is one I use when I am having severe anxiety or a panic attack and it really helps to calm me down. It gives me something to focus on so I am not thinking about my anxiety. I am going to try these when I have snack cravings to see if they help me to reset my brain’s thinking.
