If you have submitted > 6 points:
One of our Staff members may reach out to you to confirm the accuracy of your entries. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for this process to occur. If everything looks good, we will email you with a unique Coupon Code and instructions on how to re-enter the After Care Program for another 6 months!
If you have submitted < 6 points:
You have not yet submitted enough points to qualify for a 6 month extension inside our After Care Program (yet!). We encourage you to refer back to your original email from us that contained a Link to the survey form. Please “Unread” or “Flag” this email for future reference. You can re-submit the Form at any time once you have obtained > 6 points.
