Homemade chocolate:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter (110 g/ 3.9 oz)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, extra virgin (45 ml)
  • 4.2 oz unsweetened dark chocolate, 100% cacao (120 g)
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder or Dutch process cocoa powder (22 g/
    0.8 oz)
  • 1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered Erythritol or Swerve (80 g/ 2.8 oz), or to taste
  • Optional: 20-25 drops Stevia extract, or to taste
