Watch Party!

As the end of the year approaches, let us look back and reflect how we dealt with our personal struggles this 2022. For today’s watch party, I selected the replay of Coach Jeff’s Split on 10/03/2022. In that SG, he talked about Quitting. He also gave us the Negative Mindset FRAMEWORK Questions (STACKING) to help us process our struggles.

This episode is timely because: 1) we all want to end the year with peace and happiness in our hearts, and 2) we want to ring in the new year without burdens from the past.
