Monthly Support Group
This month’s support group will be led by Natalie Stephens, a bariatric Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist.
Natalie is an eating expert and food coach. She believes that dieting is not about restriction. It is about getting satisfied and feeling great at the same time.
Reconnecting with your appetite is the key to doing this. Embrace your cravings and use them to get yourself to eat healthier (YES! They WILL do that if you learn to listen to your body!).
Crave and get more out of life. Get healthier in the process. Regain your innate ability to eat right so you feel energized and satisfied. Become a master of your environment and routines so you can build a more successful life.
