My ultimate health goal? I want to be in the best shape of my life. I am 50 years old now and my kids keep reminding me of it. I want to stop going to the doctor all the time. I want to be healthy both physically and emotionally!!! I want to learn to eat the right nutrition and I want to learn how to be physically fit!!! I want to have more muscles than I have ever had!!! I want to be able to do more things than I have ever been able to do!!! AND I want to reach my goal weight. My why? My why is my husband, my kids, and my grandkids. I want to be alive to see my grandkids grow up. I want to be alive and healthy to make my son proud because he has seen my personal struggles!!!
